Our Menus are seasonal and inspired by the best produce available to our kitchen. Whilst we are a small team we set ourselves big goals and push to achieve an accomplished offering four times a year. Our Head Chef and Owner Shane Burke draws on years of experience at some of Melboune’s best restaurants aswell as his years working in the Mediterranean on various Superyachts. His food draws on the natural beauty of the ingredients; their flavours, textures and aromas. Producing dishes for the senses; visually pleasing, a full taste sensation and a couple of surprises. We hope for our menus to leave you feeling the passion, hard work and warmth that goes into every dish.
Our A La Carte Dining Menu currently consist of four Entrées, Mains and Desserts with Cheese plates. Two Course $65 | Three Courses $80.
