Hallmark wine of Stumpy Gully. Stumpy Gully Sauvignon Blanc is picked at different intervals and from different sites on our vineyard blocks to capture the full spectrum of aromas and flavours of this variety. The early harvest captures the gooseberry herbaceousness, while lychees and passionfruit characterize the richness of later picked fruit.
Our newest release of Sauvignon Blanc with new clonal plantings complimenting our 23 year old original vines, again demonstrates the vivacious personality of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with an initial grassy herbaceousness to excite the senses, soft sweet passionfruit to fill out the mid palate finishing with clean crisp acid.
